There's so much good to say about Big City Mobility!! Their customer service and communication was excellent! Very kind and quick at responding. I rented the Extra Comfy Mobility Scooter, it's fully charged battery allowed me to see so much of NYC in one day! The scooter had no issues. Also, it fit great into a wheelchair accessible Uber/Lyft. Anyway, highly recommend Big City Mobility for your mobility needs in NYC!

We took my mom to NYC for her 86th Birthday to check a few things off her bucket list. Knowing there would be a LOT of walking involved, we decided to rent a wheelchair. Since getting around the city takes some time we wanted the chair delivered to our hotel. I talked to another company and did not feel confident that that was going to happen. Once I got on the phone with Big City Mobility I felt confident that Terence would take care of us, and. I was right! Terence was super helpful and easy to work with! Our wheelchair was delivered to our hotel the night before our arrival and when we checked out, we just left it and he came and picked it up. Super easy very reasonably priced and amazing customer service! Thank you, Terence!!

The BEST Mobility company I have ever used! The week we planned to travel, they had a record blizzard in NYC. I called Terrence to ask if I should cancel. He said I could cancel if need be. He also informed me that almost all Ubers and Taxis had Wheelchair accessibility. It was so comforting knowing I had someone in NYC to help me & someone who seemed genuine and willing to help even if it meant losing business or a customer due to weather. If I could give them a million stars, I would! If you are in need of an amazing scooter with a reputable company in NYC- search no more! You’ve found them!
